Yes. Change any design tier by tier, save it as your own and apply it to other rooms.

Does it work out the cost?

Yes, a rough estimate from your own rates: board, coves, LED strip, lights and labour, with the gypsum sheets, GI and POP bags to buy.

What does LVL +9 mean?

That part sits 9 inches higher than the lowest false-ceiling level, closer to the slab.
