What it does

  • The dashboard: Master Pool 26-27 or any year, project counts, and money received by cash, cheque and bank, GST and the pool total.
  • Client payments: total, received and pending for each site, the amount stage-wise, and GST 18% switched on or off per payment.
  • Confirmation, In pool and Edit with a history of who changed what and when.
  • Office expenses with a payment mode, bulk payments to many people at once, and the expense ledger by city.
  • The fund pool per financial year with its assessment year, the ledger by person, supplier transactions and rate comparison.

Questions

Is it a separate app?

No. Same website, apps and sign-in; the studio switches the Builder side on in Settings.

Who sees it?

The owner and the accountant. Architects, draftsmen and site engineers do not.

Can an entry be deleted from the pool?

Yes, with a reason. Nothing is lost: it stays in the history and can be put back.
