What it does

  • Date, Dwg. No., Title, Rev. and Remarks in fixed columns, then the stage and New or Old; sort, filter and Excel.
  • Remarks typed straight into the cell; the client sees them beside the drawing.
  • New and Old drawings for the client, stage by stage: a stage opens once you send a drawing in it.
  • OK, received (or All received) moves a drawing to Old, and you see “Received by Kabir Mehra, 30 Oct 2026”.
  • Print, with or without the markups, and Send on WhatsApp, Telegram or email as a read-only link for 30 days.

Questions

Does a new revision go back to the client?

Yes. When you share a new version of an old drawing, it comes back into the client’s New drawings.

Who can write remarks?

The owner, architects and draftsmen. Site engineers and the accountant read them.

Can a sent link be stopped?

Yes. Switch off stops it at once; it also ends by itself after 30 days.
