What it does
- Generate on the client’s row: one link for all their projects, ready for WhatsApp, Telegram or Copy link.
- A name and mobile number once on each phone or computer; no password, and many people can use one link.
- What it shows: the chat, Drawings (new and old, stage by stage), Mood board & 3D, Site reports & meetings, the Material board, Site pictures and the client’s consultants.
- Payments, invoices and agreements are never on the link: a button takes the client to their own sign-in.
- Who opened it, with each name, mobile and visit; Switch off and Make a new link at any time.

Questions
Does my client need an app or a password?
No. The link opens in the phone’s browser. It asks a name and mobile number once on each phone, and then opens straight in.
Can anyone with the link see payments?
No. Payments, invoices and agreements stay behind the client’s own sign-in; the link only points to it.
What if the link is forwarded to the wrong person?
You see every name and mobile that opened it. Switch it off and it stops on every phone at once; make a new link and send it again.
