Each item has up to three options with a picture, article no., vendor, phone and city, from your Materials or typed. The client picks on their link or in the portal; you see the pick and lock it as final.

What it does

  • Items in the order of your page: Italian marble, Granite, Tiles, Lights, Veneer, Mica, Glass design, Wall fabric, Curtain fabric, a Customised file, or your own.
  • Options 1, 2 and 3 with picture, article no., vendor, phone and city; pick them from Materials in one click.
  • The client picks one option per item; you see who picked it and when.
  • Lock as final; unlock or clear a pick when plans change.
  • A summary in Excel, or a PDF with the pictures.

Questions

Does the client see prices?

Only where you type them on an option. The board is for choosing.

Can I add options from shops near the site?

Yes. Pick from Materials: the shop’s picture, article no., phone and city fill in.

What happens after I lock an item?

The client sees it as final and cannot change the pick. You can unlock it.
