  1. A live estimate: material, labour, sand and cement

As you lay floors and walls, the estimate follows: the area with wastage, slabs or boxes to order, the material at your price (or the shop's), laying, dado, skirting and polishing labour, and the reeta sand, cement, tile adhesive and grout the area needs, with the total and the cost per sq ft for each room, each floor and the whole building. Marble at ₹100 and labour at ₹20 a sq ft: you see exactly what 200 sq ft comes to. Each material shows its shop, phone and distance. Download it as Excel. It is a rough estimate; confirm quantities at site.

  2. Floors & Walls: lay marble, tiles and wood on your plan

A new Floors & Walls tab in the plan editor. Pick a material from the catalogue (your favourites first) or type your own with its price, then click a room: the floor shows the real stone or tile, with its joints. Choose straight, diagonal, staggered or herringbone, the piece size, a border in a darker stone, a centre inlay, diamond polishing and skirting. Click walls to add dado or cladding up to 2 ft, 4 ft, 7 ft or full height; doors and windows are left out. Draw an area inside a room for a rug of wood or a shower floor.

  3. The complete gym, realistic

108 pieces of gym equipment in seven groups: cardio, strength machines, free weights, racks and benches, functional training, boxing and studio, and facilities. They are drawn on the plan the way architects draw them and look real in 3D and the walkthrough. Suggest furniture lays out a home gym or a full club with safe space around every machine.

  4. Location suggestions: sun, climate and surroundings

Pin the site on a map and set north and the roads. Smart Planning reads the sun and the climate, notices busy roads and parks nearby, and suggests where each room should go. Vastu is an optional switch.

  5. Every floor of a building on one page

Add floors as tabs, see the floor below faintly as a guide, and view every floor stacked in 3D. Reports total each floor and the whole building.

  6. Guided design, step by step

Plan steps follow the building type and the rooms wanted: the entrance first, then each room joined to the one before with a door or an opening. Suggest furniture for a room in one click.

  7. 212 pieces of furniture and 14 building types

A much bigger library (gym, pool and garden, office, shop and restaurant, kids), 74 kinds of space, and a New plan form that suggests a plot size for the building type.

  8. Smart suggestions and furniture at real sizes

After each room Smart Planning suggests what to design next, where and how big. Furniture comes at real sizes, with the right TV size and sofa length, and checks catch problems like a blocked door.

  9. Smart Planning: draw a floor plan

Draw walls, rooms, doors, windows and stairs on a precise canvas. Lengths and areas show as you draw, and the plot’s used and remaining area is always in view.
